Therapeutic massage consists of soft tissue manipulation combined with stretching and passive range of motion with the purpose of pain relief, increased range of motion, and improved quality of life. An intake will be performed to assess the client’s treatment goals and needs for each session. The massage will be tailored to each client individually.

Massage has been shown to be beneficial in children and adolescents for a variety of conditions including attention disorders, psychological problems, gastrointestinal problems, motor tone disorders, pain syndromes, and chronic illnesses. A thorough intake will be performed for each client, the level of undress will be entirely up to the comfort of each client, and a parent or guardian is required to be in the room during the treatment session.

Prenatal massage has been shown to help alleviate back and hip pain, symptoms of carpal tunnel, swelling, difficulty sleeping, anxiety and stress, and overall discomfort. With proper training and the use of assistive pillows and bolsters, prenatal massage can be safe at all stages of pregnancy.
This session will consist of an intake to assess the needs of the pregnant client. Special positioning and proper equipment allows for the massage to include hands on soft tissue manipulation, practitioner-assisted stretching, and relaxation techniques. Belly work is also available in these sessions for any clients who wish to receive it.
Thai massage is a traditional therapeutic practice that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and stretching. It’s known for its unique approach, which is quite different from typical Western massages. Thai is performed with the client clothed and is beneficial for improving flexibility, reducing stress, relieving muscle tension, and enhancing overall well-being.
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that involves the practitioner lightly placing their hands on or near the recipient’s body to channel and balance energy. The goal is to support the body’s natural healing processes by clearing blockages and encouraging the flow of positive energy. Our offerings include Reiki, Cord Cutting, and Sound Healing.
